The project is located in one of the major vial arteries of the City. An area abandon for the development until the latest years. A sort of “terrain vague” area, full of junk cars parking lots, car repair shops, burden, etc. It’s zoned as a low density with a height of no more than 8 stories and staggered rear setback due to a single family homes residential zoning district on the back.

The building comprises 72 rental units and 4,000 square feet of retail/commercial space dedicated to local residents in the now developing area. Oriented to the north and south the reticular facade maintains the units balconies inside as a kind of brise-soleil. Also the parking is  covered by a natural green wall.
