Bistro Cafe

A very successful brand in San Juan, Puerto Rico market, wanted  to move to Miami and bring its own breakfast concept. A new and enriched development neighborhood was selected to locate the first restaurant out of Puerto Rico. The 3,500 sf “L” shape of the space was a challenge for the design intent. A complete open space where the Espresso/Mimosa BAR were the focus and neuralgic point and a cherry cherry blossom works as a hinge between the two wings. After establish the complex programs and place every component including the highly technical engineering requirements EDWINMONSERRATTE teamed up with Janelle Thon NINE Design on the interiors to create an eclectic industrial modern style space full of colors combined with raw materials, wood finishes, green walls, cherry blossoms and neon signs.
