During the 1950’s Miami developed to the suburbs. Neighborhoods grew up rapidly with standardize houses. This renovation of one of those small houses tried with a minimum intervention to satisfy the clients desire program.
Two strong walls (wood and stone) in one axis try to accommodate the private program while social one is organized along a glass wall. Three different outdoor areas complete the design. One contemplative defines the entry promenade. The second one quite and introverted works private rooms extension. The hardscape one next to the covered terrace, more social thanks to the pool and fire pit.
